We have been so grateful for the professionalism and understanding of Belle Property Paddington, in particular from Ila. My partner and I rented a property for two years under Belles management. Unfortunately, the house had a large number of maintenance and repair issues that were active during out tenancy. The owner of the property was reluctant to commit to any work without obtaining multiple quotes, which led to many entrances to the property on many occasions. Ilas compassion and professionalism during this lengthy, difficult process led to a successful outcome for both the owner, and us, as tenants the work was done, and the owner was able to obtain the best price for the work on the house. When a dispute arose over the expediency of the repairs, Ila smoothly facilitated a resolution.
